n did u notice? dat lil muffin descending from d colorful hot air ballon? did ya see it? well, dats my new logo..

n here’s d ‘mini-PELITA’; i was tinkin of makin a modern flowery pelita.. bt it just doesnt look rit..

so next time  i’ll make a traditional pelita n see wic one u’ll lik best..

Fondant Roses August 12, 2009

today, suddenly i felt lik making roses~ ive been looking at all d serious baker’s roses out der n damn dey r so beautiful!!

n here’s my new attempt  at making fondant roses!!

still, i got a lot more too learn.. much more trial to b made.. huhuhuhuhu.. so boys n girls, fondant n icing roses up for grab.. take ur pick.. bt i stil do tin fondant n icing need to mix together..

tell me if u prefer icing or fondant roses..
